    We got off to a bad start because of the $8 check cashing fee, which I think is ridiculous. The staff was snotty, unapologetic and unhelpful. The two employees kept speaking Spanish in front of me instead of English. Altogether I wasted 20 minutes with them without accomplishing anything. The whole experience was one of the worst I've had with a bank in quite some time. Thankful that BB&T is not my bank.
